Well… what more can we say about this horse.  He has kept exceeding our expectations with each and every start!

As of last weekend on Everest Day, Think It Over went back to back with wins in the Craven Plate in 2020 and now 2021.

“Sid” had jockey Nash Rawiller on board once again for the 2000 metre journey at Randwick on 16 October 2021.  He started a very short priced favourite in a small field, which is never a given, as tactics play more of a role than ever.

As usual, Sid jumped cleanly from the widest barrier and was pushed up to take a front running position.  However, he was kept three wide in the early part of the race by Shared Ambition.  Nash eased Sid back to take a trail behind the leading two.

Sid travelled well and was not pestered by other runners throughout the middle stages of the race.

Nash kept Sid off the fence towards the turn and Sid was able to get an unimpeded run down the outside.

Inside the 100 metres, Sid showed his brilliant turn of foot and put the field away to win by 2 lengths to Sky Lab in 2nd and Lion’s Roar in 3rd.

All of us here at the stables are so proud of what Sid is accomplishing and we would all like to send our utmost congratulations to his wonderful owner, Richard.

Thank you Nash for your brilliant ride and also thanks again to my dedicated staff who work tirelessly day in and day out.
