April has been a great month for us so far! We have had 3 winners in a week – super proud of all our runners and how they are going at the moment! A special mention to my staff – this is a direct reflection on your hard work and commitment to our horses, you should be very proud!
On 9 April 2024, at the heavy 10 slog fest at Kembla Grange, Flying Bandit got the chocolates when he won the 1500 metre class 1 race, teaming up with jockey, Jay Ford.
Flying Bandit has been in super form this preparation – his record now stands at 2 wins from only just 3 starts.
Flying Bandit seemed to eat up the heavy 10 track at Kembla Grange – pulling away from the pack over the last 50 metres to win in impressive style. He looks to have a bright future and I want to extend my congratulations to his wonderful owners and also to Proven Thoroughbreds for entrusting the horse to me.
