Walk Like A Man (CASTELVECCHIO x HAYAAT) has been able to get the maiden monkey off his back after taking home the win in the mile Maiden race at his home track of Kembla Grange on 28 January 2026, under the steerings of jockey, Andrew Atkins.
“Frankie”, as he is affectionately known, looked so strong during the whole race and full of running. It really was so great to see him put all the pieces together and get his well deserved maiden win out of the way.
Bred and raced by the wonderful Illes family, who have been owners with Kerry for many, many years. We couldn’t be happier for a bunch of great people. Congrats!
