SUPER ONE x ROSARINO – Bay Filly (foaled 3 September 2020)
Kerry was quite taken by this filly at the sales.
From a Terrific, winning family.
The filly has Rory’s Jester on the dam’s side and is by an I Am Invincible Stallion in Super One.
The filly paraded exceptionally well and correct – she couldn’t be faulted there. She has a lovely head, expression, and big open nostrils.
Kerry thinks there is a chance that she may be an ‘early comer’ and may possibly hit the track as a two year old. At this point in time, she still looks a little ‘leggy’ but obviously with some time to develop and grow there seems to be the bones of a nice racehorse in the making. There is plenty of scope to her and she has a lovely deep girth.
This filly’s dam, Rosarino went early being a winner at 2 over 1100. She is also the half-sister to Rosa’s Spur (who is the dam of Members Joy who is the dam of Pure Elation – who won the Percysykes and Furious Stakes). This filly’s dam has had a great strike rate so far with her foals to winners ratio. There is plenty of speed in the family.
Kerry has an opinion of this filly and is excited to see her come back after being broken in and undergoing some pre-training.
